Shipping
Because our bars are fresh and perishable, we ship using methods that protect product quality during transit.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses

Please make sure someone is available to receive the package so the bars are not left outside for extended periods.

Delivery Issues
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us within 48 hours and we will help investigate.

Returns
Because TEKNIKA Bars are fresh, perishable food products, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances.

If there is a problem with your order, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution.
